1 Features and Scope of Application
TAS-19 Propylene Dearsenic Sorbent is mainly applicable to removal of traced arsenic from industrial propylene feed. Impurities such as oxygen, water or arsenic may poison the catalyst and thus affect commercial operation. Arsenic concentration in industrial propylene feed is strictly limited to below 30 ppb to avoid poisoning to polymerization catalyst. Propylene treated by TAS-19A sorbent can meet the requirement on arsenic concentration. The catalyst is featured by high mechanical strength, high arsenic removal efficiency, high arsenic removal capacity and ease in operation.
